Favorite beer currently at Bluebird and why: La Trappe Isid’or – It’s so distinct, and there’s
really not another beer out there like it. I get awesome notes of marmalade, plantain chips, and orange zest, and it finishes with a fantastically spicy and earthy hop profile.

Favorite wine currently at Bluebird and why: 2001 Lopez de Heredia Vina Gravonia – This is a 10 year
old white wine that we glass pour, and it’s wonderfully alive. It’s incredibly complex, with vibrant oak and just the right amount of funk.
