Tour of Belgium - May 22, 2012 at 7:30 pm

In early May, some of the Bluebird crew will be putting our money where our mouths are and taking a trip across the pond to visit some of the amazing Belgian Breweries who’s beer we push every day! We’re incredibly excited about the trip, so in an effort to keep the party rolling after we get back, we’ll be tasting out some of our favorites from the trip. Expect selections from St. Feuillien, Bosteels, Bockor, Dupont, Dubuisson, and more!

$30/person, reservations are highly recommended. We’ll also be putting out some Belgian-Inspired snacks to soak up the brews.

Victory Brewing Flight Night - May 23, 2012 at 7:00 pm

Since our good friend from Victory Brewing Co, Cameron Russell, will be in town for Chicago Craft Beer Week, we snagged him for an evening to showcase some of Victory’s lesser known beers! We’ve always loved Victory Brewing Co for their solid and balanced brews and their ability to push the envelope as well.

We’ll be pouring a flight of their Saison Du BUFF, Headwaters Pale Ale, Summer Love, and Otto (smoked Belgian-Style Dubbel). Our chef will also be whipping up a food special for the evening that’s inspired by these beers.

No reservations necessary. Just show up, shake Cameron’s hand (or give him a hug), and drink.
